Lower School Pirates Capture the Spotlight

More stories from Marie Brockhoff

Colorful groups of swashbuckling pirates, bumbling policemen and laughing ladies took over the formerly mundane Seabury stage this past Friday evening. Seabury’s lower school thespians performed a non-musical rendition of Gilbert and Sullivan’s Pirates of Penzance, called “Pirates!” After months of rehearsal, the show was a great success. The audience was full of Seabury students and parents. The middle school actors will perform another play this winter.
