High school cross country had a meet at Basehor-Linwood on Thursday, competing against 6A schools like Free State and Blue Valley Northwest. The boys team finished in 14th place and the girls finished 10th place, with senior Henry Nelson and freshman Oona Nelson finishing in first place in their respective races. With explosive finishes from both siblings, there is surely even more success to come from the team.
